1. Booking & Confirmation

A tour reservation is confirmed once we receive a 20% deposit by bank transfer, credit card or secure online payment. The remaining balance is paid in cash (EUR / USD / MAD) on arrival in Morocco.

2. Cancellation

• 30+ days before arrival — full refund of deposit
• 15-29 days — 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 15 days — no refund (deposit retained)

3. What's Included

Each tour page lists the specific inclusions. Standard inclusions: private 4x4 with experienced driver/guide, accommodation, camel trek, sandboarding, listed meals (B = breakfast, L = lunch, D = dinner), fuel and tolls.

4. Not Included

International flights, travel insurance, drinks, tips, optional activities and meals not explicitly listed.

5. Liability

Visit Maghreb Agency is fully licensed by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism. We carry liability insurance for our vehicles and drivers. Personal travel insurance is the responsibility of the client.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, road closures, political events or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will propose alternative itineraries at no extra cost.
